Seaside Rescue

Just heard that the next series of Seaside Rescue is to be screened by BBC 1 on Sunday evenings at 18:30 starting the 6th April. The first programme features India Juliet responding to the tasking by ARCC Kinloss to assist at the Gloucester flooding in July 2007. A chance to wave goodbye to the those wonderful old workhorses the Sikorsky S61N. Lets hope the BBC embrace the new aircraft inroduced by CHC into the civilian SAR service.

The BBC may be able to embrace the new aircraft on the South Coast, but I think they'll find it difficult to get a camera crew in it.
