Schweizer 300CBi training in the UK???
A friend of mine, who is based in SE London, is keen on doing a PPL/CPL Course in the Schweizer 300CBi but since Biggin Hill Heli has closed I'm not sure where would be the best School to go to?
If anyone is aware of any FTO's who have the 300CBi in their fleet I know he would be very grateful for your help.
The few that I'm aware of are:
Cabair at Biggin Hill - 1 x 300cbi (Hasn't been available ALL year though)
Bournemouth - 1 x 300cbi (PPL only)
Fast at Shoreham - 1 x 300c
Stirling in Norwich - 2 x 300cbi
Many thanks

Thanks CC - I think he's quite flexible and would probably get a B&B and stay there for a week at a time if neccessary!
PM me his details anyhow please as I'm looking at doing a couple of hrs myself as it's been a while since I flew the 300!
Cheers,
KM

Oxford no longer carries out helicopter training and CSE are sales ane engineering only as far as I know.
If it was me, I would go to Sterling in Norwich. Ah! It was me and I did!
Cheers

Old post but....
London Helicopter Centres at Redhill EGKR have a 300CBi.
It takes about 40 mins on the Tonbridge train from London Bridge
Great place

@Kopterman: your friend would be better off doing the ground bit while in the UK, using some of the distance learning outfits (Modular) and completing the flying portion in the States where everyone knows where
