Did we ever find out what happend?

Hello all!

I have been back through the posts and cannot find anything more on what happend to cause the crash of an AS 355 that was flying from a beach in the black sea (?). The video is here

http://www.griffin-helicopters.co.uk...?videokey=1617

Did it ever become clear what happend to cause this accident? I seem to remember that some actually survived this crash?
I am trying to put together a presentation on Helicopter saftey and the importance of passenger briefings etc. i seem to remember there being a mention of control interference by one of the passengers being a possible cause?? Any updates would be appreciated!

I have also looked at the R44 tipping forward out side a hangar in South Africa as a good example.

Does anyone have any other films or good stories that i can "Quote" in my presentation.??

Cheers

All I could find by five minutes Google was that there were four on board. The pilot was missing, two passengers injured, one unhurt.

Nothing about suspected cause, circumstances etc.
