Anybody have experience using oregon aero upgrades on there helmets(gentex). How easy is it to do the upgrades yourself?

i've used the hushkit and softseals, they're both great products and easy to install. as a bonus i found that they would work in my alpha 200 as well!

I did the full upgrade to an old military Gentex helmet. The difference was night and day. Since I lived in the local area at the time, I had them do the install. It was straight forward. Well worth the money. In fact, Gentex is now using some reversed engineered components of the Oregon Aero System.

Oregon Aero headset upgrade

Hi folks,

After several years excellent service my Dave Clark H10-56's are in need of some TLC. Has anyone tried the 5 piece upgrade kit from Oregon Aero, currently retailing for $103? Looks like a good setup but is it worth the money or should I go to DC's own accessories?

Thanks for your input

I have fitted them to all my Peltor headsets and think they are great.
