Exams passed on a ATPL(H) course are valid to a CPL(H) course ?

Hi there.

Can anyone help me on this ?

If a person doing an ATPL(H) course , after passing some exams, and failing others, decides to change to a CPL(H) course, would the exams already passed while on the ATPL(H), be valid for the new theory course CPL(H) ?

Im other words, must exams already passed be done again ?

The mentioned exams are :

Human Performance
Flight Instruments
Comms
Mass & Balance
Flight Planning

Thanks a lot

The syllabii for the exams are slightly different so, unfortunately, I doubt if the passes will count.

A letter sent to PLD at the CAA should resolve the situation.
