Hm dont seem to remember anything on that on my crm course, or is that only french aoc ops ? PACO are you including that in your new couse ?

Surely it should be mandatory training for multi-tasking and sudden distractions?

I wonder if anyone said,"OK, now I dare you to go and walk down the aisle and serve the drinks...."
