Any information on how one can get sponsored to go work at another country? Me, 23 yr old FAA commercial with instrument, dual citizenship (usa/meixco), am fluent in english and spanish. Can relocate anywhere. All help in appreciated. Just trying to put myself out there. Thanks.

dual citizenship? aren't they both the same country?
Couple of Spanish pilots on here might be able to give you some advice but in Europe, the JAA licence seems to rule. Good luck.
