Help needed: S76A+ Air conditioning question

I am trying to help out my chief engineer. We have a 76A+ with an Air Con system on board that still uses the old Freon 12. While I know that this is a difficult substance to buy now and was banned by the EPA due to its ozone depleting characteristics, I need some help in building an argument to a customer who owns the A/C and doesn't want to convert it to a more environmentally friendly substance.

some points in favour of changing refrigerants:

Freon:
High Cost / decreasing Availability / Environmentally damaging/ Leakage (I understand that a fully recharged system will bleed refrigerant).

Anything else?

Thanks in advance

Every time he asks for the aircon to be switched on, tell him it already IS on.
