Most helicopter operators at Sumburgh

I see there are four helicopter operators currently based at Sumburgh

Bond Offshore Helicopters
British International
CHC Rescue
NHV (Belgium)

Does anyone know if thats the greatest number of individual operators to have been based at Sumburgh?

Its great to see such variety again!

4 Operators, but how many helicopters? bet you not as many as Bristow had in the late 70's

Late '70s early '80s:

Air Anglia
Bristow
British Air Ferries
British Airways
British Airways (Helicopters)
British Caledonia
North Scottish
Dan Air

(delete as applicable)

Depends on your definition of "based" I guess...

Don't forget BEAS as well.

I think 4 was the most at any time, although the operators changed a few times.
