Lee-on-Solent Airfield

Lee-on-Solent Airfield is being closed to powered aircraft ( other than MCA, Hampshire Police and the Naval Gliding Club ) after the 16th November 2007. All aircraft owners / operators have been given 30-days notice to remove their aircraft / operation from the airfield site.

A committee has been formed to fight the decision which has been reached on Health & Safety Grounds.

Does anyone know of a barrister familiar with Aviation / airfield issues who may well be able to assist and fight the case on our behalf? A fund is being put together to pay for such a service.

Flying Lawyer......Do you have any suggestions?
