There's a banner on this web page for the conference at Heathrow! Checked it out. Just for fixed wing! 
i thought. Might be useful for wannabees to meet the rotory industry. But sadly NO!

Balpa Eoc
The annual Employment Opportunities Conference is organised jointly by BALPA and Flyer magazine. It is aimed at fixed wing pilots and not rotary.
Simple reason: there are about 600 rotary pilot BALPA members out of a total membership of over 9000. That's about 7% (6.666% to be precise!). There are 23 different fixed wing employers who recognise BALPA: only 4 rotary ones do. Do the maths!
