AW 139 tail....
Thought with all this crap chatter about the 139 tail, we would test the integrity of this old set of tail rotor blades we had laying about in the hangar and for good measure throw in a rogue main rotor blade as well....

Thats my little one at Fjordungsalda (2900'), near the center of Iceland. Mission: radio and mobile phone repeater station maintenance.
Same place, same day. 35 kts, -27°C.
My warm cup of coffe sure tasted good up there that day.

It is on Shasta Bally, N40 36.153 W122 39.006 and only 6,125 ft elevation. We had just had a huge snow storm go through the area.
It is the main repeater site for the northern Sacramento Valley.
Here is one I was just sent by my pax as I came to pick them up..
