Rotary Accident - seeking AAIB report

Fixed wing PPL here, I am trying to find details on a fatal rotary accident near to where I used to live in Ireland. The incident took place around seven years ago, but I am not certain on the year.

A rotary aircraft took off from a private residence on the northern shore of Carlingford Lough, crossed the lough and failed to clear the Cooley mountains on the southern side.

To save me trawling through the AAIB site, can someone please point me to the outcome of the enquiry?

Thanks in advance.

Wombat,

As you will see the aircraft was returning to base and hit the Cooley Mountains to the south. Some of the wreckage is still there.
