300 Hour Building

Hi

im planning on buying a 300CB and doing my Heli rating in it in Florida because after 10,000 plus hours in a thin aluminium tube, i feel i need a bit more excitement and fun.

This is not an ad as that sort of thing is not allowed here, BUT to help pay for it i will probably make it available for self hire hour building etc (after a suitable checkout, naturally). Im juggling with figures at the moment but i would probably look to let it go for around $155 per hour excluding fuel, which the hirer would be at liberty to source themselves to get the best rate. I think budgeting $40 an hour in the states is fair. Accomodation is included in the price........... at base only.

Would those numbers be attractive to potential hour builders here?

Thanks for your feed back.
