B412 HP and EP Peformance

Is there anybody out there who could help me with the following question:

- What is the maximum take-off weight for an B412EP or HP according to CAT A Helipad performance (PC1) at +25 degrees C and PA1000 feet?

Thanks,

Bell 412EP Technical Specs
Page 33. About 10,850# if you have at least 90' elevation on the helipad.

Page 31. About 10,250# if the pad is not elevated.

Matthew.
