mr driver,

I believe that the examiner can only have conducted "progress/safety checks" not actual flight instruction i.e new flight exercises, and the CAA accept this up to a maximum of 7 hours, also you would need their written consent

if for some reason you cant comply with these guidelines you would need a specific exemption and provide some good reason.

see JAR FCL-2.030, 2.045
