Which way to go!

Hello people

I am currently doin my PPL(H) and hoping to go on and do my CPL(H) and make a career out of it. But i am not sure which way to go after CPL(H)

CPL(H) + FI
or

CPL(H) + ATPL + IR

I am not really interested in instructing but if this is the only way to get my hours i wouldnt mind giving it a go. Or is the jobs out there for newly quilified CPL(H) + ATPL + IR?
If any one has any experiences they can share with me i would be more than greatful.
P.S can any one tell me the true cost to get an IR.
Thanks BGW.

IR in the UK £30k - £40k, depending on where you train

Do a search for your questions - it has been covered before and quite recently.
