S76 Performance Planning Software

anyone familiar with any software available similar to the Performance Planning Card (PPC) available for the S76 series as well as other aircraft (B206, EC135, ect)?

I doubt you'll find much worthwhile on the Bell 206. The FM charts provide hover capability, with a spec engine. Overspec engine (which nearly all are) will not run into TOT or N1 limits at the conditions shown on the chart.
Sadly, no civil machine has power required to hover charts, so you can't do any really worthwhile pre-flight planning.
For a comparison, look at most (non British) military helicopter flight manual performance charts.
