McAlpine Rumour

Whilst reading the MET Police 145 thread, it was mentioned that Eurocopter are rumoured to be buying McAlpines

Can anyone shed any light/truth on this?

That 10% has been in place at least a decade.

It will change in time to all EC owned [especially bearing in mind that the McAlpine family has just offloaded PremiAir] but I have heard no substantive recent rumours on that taking place.
