Bell is a year behind on this contract.

General Cody, the senior Army Aviator and Vice Chief of Staff, is to have a meeting with Bell about the delays and lack of performance on the contract.

Cody was the officer who led the attack on the Iraqi radar site that kicked off Gulf War One's air attack phase.
