Isle of Man TT Flying restrictions

Hi,

I am flying over over to the TT this year, I wondered what restictions, if any there are to flying. Ideally I want to watch from some of the amazing hard to get places on foot, assuming I can get permission.

I assume that during the period of the races/practice there is some type of restriction on movement because of police/hems requirements but wondered if anyone could give me specific details.

Thanks

You may be able to get decent information from Atlas Helicopters. They have provided the HEMS for a number of years and will know what is going on, I suspect, They have a website with contact details

Suggest you contact Manx Flyers, web site. Or check direct with ops at Ravenair / Liverpool Aviation Services at Liverpool.
Manx Flyers do most of the GA handling on TT days, and usually post appropriate information on their website for event visitors, nearer the time.
