Question Australian CDMA

What are Australian Operators/owners that have hard wired CDMA phone kits installed in their helicopters doing with regard to the upcoming closing down of the CDMA network?

Satphone.Some think it expensive, but it's the cheapest thing on the aircraft to run.

I was told that the new 3G network which is to replace the CDMA will have handsets that will fit the old car kit. That did come from a salesman so don't know how true it is.............
