FAA Written Exam Test in Germany or Austria?

Hello!
Does anybody know a netside from a center in Germany or Austria where I can do the written exam tests for a FAA Chpl?

But I guess you won't get it for those $80 you have to pay in the US...

Sorry, I got Austrian and FAA licenses but I never heard about a center in Austria where you make the written.
There is the possibility to prepare for the written CHPL in Austria with a webcourse.
