Working in Dubai

Anyone working or worked in Dubai? Aerogulf recently advertised for the following:

ATPL(H) Bell 212 Offshore Dubai. Tax free, married accompanied if required. Looking for mature individuals in their 30s to 50s. This is a full time job, not rotation. Must be flexible on the offshore part as plenty of opportunity to get into the mountains and desert to fly in other roles given the right experience and temperament.

My wife has voiced interest in living in Dubai with our two children. Can anyone give advice on working and living conditions? What other helicopter companies are in Dubai?

Thanks for your help!
