Landing Site Directory
Does anyone know of an online site directory that is available. I've got the pooleys guide to helicopter landing sites but it's pretty poor in the CD-rom format, the book is better but you have to siv throughout the whole thing to find what you want.........Thanks in advance.

There was a suggestion on this site a few months ago about running such a list just for ourselves. A quick check suggested there may be some potential legal problems ie an R22 having a major whoopsie in a site which is really twin only.
The main interest at the time was the huge landing fees applied by some sites for no facilities and a dodgy survey.
I still think such a list would be good, but I'm not sure Danny would be too impressed about the bandwidth use, maybe Heli-Port could ask.
Any one interested in setting up a private, password protected site pm me and we'll see how feasible it is.
