Sorry Flungduny.
I should have made myself a bit clearer. I am interested in either winchman or external rescue training. I have spoke to a company in Aus called Heli Dive, and they have a training course that covers most if not all of the training that is required for a position in sar. The only problem that i have come across with Heli Dive is that no one as heard of them. I have also spoke to CHC, Bristow,Bond to name a few but they were very slow to give me any information.
If you have any information that might be of some use i would be greatful

If you look up www.heli-diver.com , you can see what they do but it will cost you to train.
