Aussie wants to work overseas

Hi guys,
I am a hard working Australian helicopter pilot currently employed but wanting to work overseas, with about 1100 hours and aged just over 30 can anybody help me with leads of companies willing to sponsor.
Would love to hear from Aussies that have worked overseas Africa, Malaysia, Iraq, UAE, China anywhere really, how did they get the jobs what are these companies looking for?
