John, sorry if im being a pest. Is there any chance you could send me a hi res image of the original? Mike Uniform is a familiar sight to us round here and a picture as good as that deserves to be seen. (If only in the office)
Thanks.

Erchie,

Not my original to pass on, but if you send a PM to NRDK, I'm sure that he can let you have a copy

Finsihed my nice cushy fire contract for the summer and somehow got conned into comming up to Alaska and finishing a job out on the Bering Sea. Here are a few pics

welcome to Toksook Bay Alasaka - less than mile of road, home Yupik Natives, to 3 cars, hundreds of 4 wheelers, snowmachines and boats. Fresh Seal, Whale and Walrus served for lunch.

They just set those wind turbines in the last week. The average wind speed here is 25kts.

the Yukon River Delta

Beachcombing for Ivory

Other than the snow, wind, rain, mud, wind, mud and rain It's great. I could be drinking on the beach in Costa Rica by now... what was I thinking

On the H500 pictures from Alaska above: the rotor is turning with nobody at the stick?

How does that work out?

Well..Big Mike....next time you have a photo shoot, let me know. I have some experience as a lighting technician and wardrobe malfunction consultant.. Well.... I stood there stammering while the model asked me to help her out of her bikini......
Either that or if you need another pilot..... specially if thats the office staff ....

Wink

Unfortunately I can not claim them as my own. A good friend from the Coast forwarded them to me recently when they had an early morning photo shot on there pontoon. I thought it would be only right to share such nice photos of the B2 with you all.
