Flying to Poland

I am planning a trip over to Poland next wek to visit some friends, what are the rules for landing in CZ and PL, is it airports only or is it possible to land at Hotels etc with permisssion ? Do you have to file flight plans when taking trips within each country ? any more help appreciated .

In the most countries i know a part of flight planning is the AIP checkout.
