Where can I get padded hoist weights?

Chaps.
This is going to sound like a strange question, but here goes.
Does anyone know where I can get some padded (preferably orange) weights to hang on a hoist hook - you know , the type that the RAF and RN use to keep the wire straight when delivering an empty hook?
I have a couple of clients who have asked me to acquire some.
PM me if you know.

We call them SAR techs. They are selected from applicants throughout the Canadian Forces and are given one year of training and an orange flying suit.

Just get some orange herculite and go to an upholsterer, he can make you a shot bag with lead shot in it out of canvas then make a cover from the orange herculite with a webbing loop sewn in to it , hook a carabeena on to it then onto your hoist hook!

Go to any parachute club and the rigger can knock out some weight bags to your specifications.
They use weight belts themselves to even out freefall speeds for different individuals.
