It seems to be in a pretty nose down attitude, auto from a high hover?

Does anybody know the status of the crew?

The two persons on Board managed to leave the wreck unhurt and swam to the beach.

Looks like a duff recovery from a wingover.

Is it possible he just misjudged his height above the sea. I know that flying over water, looking down it's very difficult to judge actual height. As OverTq says, looks like aerobatics gone wrong. Interesting to see what the real cause was.

Glad the crew are ok tho.

Yeah but he had good reference of land & he as at a low height prior ...enough to see his down wash on the water prior to the ..... wing over pass?

the pilot didnt see to make any adjustments prior to impact as far as listening to the performance of the helo.

Shame really.
I really like the 105.
