I have and it plays fine.

(I believe that both my TV and DVD player are rated for NTSC as well, but they're both cheapies so I doubt you'll have an issue with yours).

I can confirm that the DVD plays on my gear (Philips) without any problems.

It also works on my laptop.

DVD's are VOB files and have nothing to do with PAL or NTSC.
You can play them on your computer as well.

I've been thinking of getting this DVD too. Does anyone have any comments about it? Is it good value?

An excellent DVD!! I am a person who can learn best when I visualise something. Looking at autos from outside as well as in cockpit cams was really usefull.

A cracking production and informative material, well worth the money.

I would say that the Helicopter Concepts DVD was very well made and very informative, with clear instructions and visual reference material. That said, I found it quite repetative and think it could have included other material too.

It is however a million miles better than the other R22 DVD's available!

The practical information on the DVD I though was pretty good and the production value shows. But I though the explantion of the aerodynamics and the forces involved in an autorotation was incomplete.

I also saw on thing on the DVD that I though didn't fit. In the 180 auto chapter there is a quick clip of the pilot doing a piroette down a taxiway at about 10-12 ft off the ground. What purpose does that serve on a DVD about autorotation?
