JAA IR conversion to FAA IR.

Does anyone know what is needed to convert a JAA Instrument rating to a FAA Instrument rating. I have a FAA commercial, so only need the straight conversion of the instrument rating. I have heard there is only a flight test to be done, but anyone else ever done it or have an idea what is involoved?

Just take the conversion written test (50 questions from memory) and ten minutes later you'll be on your way to the local FSDO to pick up your IR.
No flight test needed.

Is that really all? Seems too easy, but I like the sound of it.
