Greetz,
Please see BBC story about German whisks crashing around Far North Britain;

Low level flight
At the risk of reopening debates that have been going on for quite a while on the topic of low level Heli flight, I have been many times very surprised about low flying military jets in France.
Cruising gently at 500', some of these guys have fun in passing below... Makes you feel like a sitting duck... And this happens outside the low-level military tracks (I think they get bored flying the same circus over and over again)
A few weeks ago (be it well advised by traffic control) two F1's passed me over the see between Corsica and Sardigne below 500'. No wonder that several planes were lost due to bird strike, because even I had to look out for sea-gulls. Wonder how they manage to do that at jet-speed.
Coming back to the thread, looks a bit odd to have a low level flying violation in a low level flying area...
I prefer to have them above and not under me...
