EC 145 down in Pyrenees
Sadly to report today 3 crewmen died in an EC 145 accident in the Pyrenees.
The helicopter crashed during an hoisting exercise in the southwestern Pyrenees mountains. The accident occurred in an altitude of more than 6600ft.

The helicopter hoisted up 2 mountain rescuers from the crest of the Astazous mountain, at an altitude of 6,600 feet. The flight crew (pilot and hoist operator) and one rescuer died. The other is heavily injured. Best wishes and fast recovery!
