As we are all aware new C of A's are issued under EASA, we would therefore assume that if we were to purchase a used helicopter from Eurpoe, in particular a country that subscribes to EASA that all we would have to do is apply for a change of REG? No we have to re-apply for a new C of A which will be issued by EASA! so much for standardisation! why dont they just issue under the serial number!
