Update req'd 206 crash, Scotland

What was the cause of that 206 crash in scotland last year - suspected powerline survey, 2 DOA?

Considering that the funerals were only a couple of weeks ago and the report certainly hasn't been published. It's a bit earlier for anyone to say.
