Sorry I am still in trouble with my pm...! maybe could you try "IAS" or "Ivoire Helicoptères" based in Abidjan(Ivory Coast), they operate various light helicopters including a AS 355 and maybe now a AS 350, they are very familiar with this area (except Egypt) and can sort out many tricky situations we can encounter here (email: [email protected] / tel ++225 21 27 11 60 / 21 27 71 36 )
I also have seen a AS 350 B2 based in Accra last year (no more detail on this one)
