Question Russian helicopter pilots need advice, help please

Hi, guys!

We are two helicopter pilots who are first time abroad and currently visiting Australia.
We each have in excess of 600-900 hours respectively, in twin jet engine helicopter and both hold instructor rating. Whilst in Australia we are exploring the possibility of finding future full or part-time employment in the capacity of helicopter pilot worldwide. What we are find out in Australia:
- our pilot licences is not acceptabe
- to work here we have to change visa status and this is inpossible. Ok.
We are converted our licences to Australian CPLH.

Anybody know place where we can try to find empoyment without citizenship requirements?

Thanks

You may want to get up on the net and check out New Zealand. I hear their immigration requirements are not as stringent as Australia. But don't feel alone. Australia is restrictive, even for U.S. pilots. You need more flight time for an employer to look at you, though, unless you get into instruction. That's just a general rule.

Go to http://www.landings.com. Click on th "Search/DB" link in the top left corner, then select the "Multiple Field Registration Search". If you scroll down a littl you will see a field for "Aircraft Manufacturer" and one for Aircraft Model". Enter the model you are looking for, select the "Full Query" radio button before clicking on [Send Query]. This will give you a list of operators who have the aircraft you are looking for. (Thanks to helidrvr on a prior posting)
Also, go to http://www.rotor.com. Look at the index on the left and select "member services" and then "membership search". Then fill in the blanks you want to search.
Helidrvr also says to look at http://www.phd.nl/aviation This is The Aviation Reference Guide, where you will find similar search engines for a whole list of countries.
Good luck, gentlemen.
