Does anyone know if bond are hiring for the mobil contract and if so what are they looking for and what do they pay.

Hi Max. I was recently asked to go an interview with Bond after they picked up the mobil contract but as a result of losing the contract in the first place Bristows laid off at least 20 pilots and Bond started to recruit them instead thus saving initial training costs. So in summary, they will not be recruiting again until August at the earliest. This does at least demonstrate a degree of commitment to the industry and I would expect nothing less especially if I was stuck in Aberdeen, redundant, with a 100K+ mortgage hanging over me.

Hi PurplePitot and maxvne,

I believe Bristow have only released the "freelance" contract pilots, mainly from Norwich and Yarmouth. So no decisions yet on how many more will have to go.

I'm sure Bond will also be waiting for that info before hiring.
