Post tis koala tr blades

http://av-info.faa.gov/ad/PublishedADs/012251.html

Above AD introduces 50 hr life limit on A119 tr blades. The part number appears to be a 109 type, are the aerodynamic loads so much different between a single and twin at the same GW or would it be the effect of the skid gear on the airflow over the TR that makes the difference ?.
