Post Pss't wanna know a Greek Secret

Dont buy any used Greek Helicopter's, especially the Gazelle's, None of them have been looked after nor have they stuck to the Manaufactures service intervals, the Greek National Guard on Cyprus are looking to sell off all their old choppers without any one being able to view them first, But then this is supposed to be a BIG, BIG Secret. Beware of Greeks offering cheap Choppers!

By the way, doe's anyone actually drink "Retsina"!

Good evening VFR.
Perhaps a gang of us should go over there and take a look at them...from a distance, you understand in case they mis interpret what we are doing!!!

God help us if we had to rely on the Greeks for anything

Hi TC,

I also heard (or herd ) that the newly designed hunter killer R22 Vulcan was hoping to be aquired by the Greeks for long range Turk bashing task's, the R22 Vulcan now comes equiped with hooks under the tailboom to allow the captain to sling his hammock for the daily siesta!

Worth remembering that if you do go to view them you would probably be arrested for spying anyway and spen at least 5 weeks in jail whilst they decide what to do with you!!!!
On another point they might be buying the A109 K2's that REGA will be selling now they have decided to take the EC145 as it's replacement!!! (helicopter world dec 2001)
