What does a Fluffer Analyst do?

In Flight, Pilatus are looking for a 'Fluffer Analyst'
Someone please tell me what that is as the dictionary search is rather interesting!!!!

Fluffers are employed on educational films to make sure the male members are erect when the time for action comes. ( not that I have ever seen one of these films ).

Sorry,

Edited because I thought the title was 'Fluffer Analist'. I know what that entailed!
(Not that I've ever starred in any of those films of course, when I was in Germany in the early '80's hard up for cash!!)

As for 'Fluffer Analyst', could it be something to do with duvets, sleeping bags or perhaps even pillows?
