SAR heli at over Aberdeen?

On leaving ABZ tonight there was a SAR helicopter working to the south of the airport, anyone know what the deal was? No SAR or police units based there apart from northsea SAR.

Grampian News were reporting a missing girl from Westhill this evening. They also mentioned a helicopter being involved in the search. Probably the SAR machine from Lossiemouth.

Correct.

I was the copilot.

The girl turned up elsewhere later.
