Mini-500 debate

The mini-500 was a promising kit helicopter that did not live up to expectations. I built, flew and finally parked mine because its lawnmower quality features were leading to deaths. However there were some things I did like about the kit when I did fly it. It was cheap, it was fun! Now that Revolution has (thankfully) gone bankrupt has anyone become aware of an aftermarket supplier for updating the kit?

Those machines are nice like exec and things like that but i have seen many unexperienced people playing with those dangerous toys. Believe me when i asked them any thing they told: are you afraid of flying?. About mini 500 they were trying to find distributors in Spain...
