Unhappy Working Cycles

I fly for an offshore helicopter company. for a long time we have been working on a 2 On 1 Off cycle. At the moment, we work 4 days On , 1 Day Off followed by 4 days On, 3 days Off. Our annual leave is 35 days a year. Now that the flying activities have picked up, the management is trying to follow the minimum Off days as per the CAP 371 . They are proposing a 5 days ON, 2 days Off cycle. I think effectly this amounts to a pay reduction which is not a nice thing to do, Does any one of you in the North Sea gets paid extra for flying on Off Days? I was once told that for a Capt to be working on his Off day, he gets about 600 British pounds per day.(can't verify that).

If I got £600 per day off, then I would probably work it, but I don't, so i don't!
