Post Getting Hot Under The Collar?

Sources reviel that things are heating up in the Vic Pol Air Wing.
The new N3's are not fitted with Air Con. (which would be a requirement at 37deg south right?) Health and Safety have got involved, and inserted - allegedly - in the Op's manual.. >35deg C in ML, 30mins on the poles, 45 mins required in an airconditioned Police Station, can then be followed by another 30 mins on the sticks...etc etc.
Is this standard ops anywhere else?

If you can't stand the heat.......
