Post CHP/low-mid time seeks SIC work???

Hello!
I am a bootleggin' fairly new CHP, and in need of advice/leads/links from the peanut gallery
I am interested in hitching on SIC to help build time; am not interested in the CFI route. Any suggestions are welcomed.
I've been fortunate to have been able to bootleg virtually all my time...(all but PPL in Enstroms), rest has been turbine (206B/L and Hughes 500D/E)acumulating about 300+tt this past year in xcountry ferrying and 133 ops.
Have not been 'employed' as of yet; (just allowed to log the time).
What are other options for low-timers as myself other than CFI? I don't wish to fly f/w either.
Thanks!

In the mean time, Keep the greasy side down!

PS: Clarification: I AM in the USA, not the UK
my ratings are 100% american blood

Cool

Dear Tagline

I had no Idea it was so hard to get a job in the UK! I would say, invest in an airline ticket next spring and go on the job hunting route on the other side of the oggie.

Fire season here, generally starts around March/April. Lots of companies are hiring around then. The only downside for you is you'll need a Canadian CPL(H). Might cost you to get all the docs in line and the required training.

Cheers, OffshoreIgor
