Pawan Hans Crash in May?
On May 8th. a Pawan Hans heli crashed en route between Itanagar and Ruppa killing all 7 on board. Last contact was about 10min after t/o when pilot asked for a change of track. wx described as 'bad' although apparently took off 'in sunshine.'
