Post landing in rural NSW

Would somebody mind enlightening me to the rules concerning landing helicopters on private property. I'm specifically interested in semi-rural property in NSW. Is it a local government issue? If the movements occur during civilised hours do neighbours have grounds for noise complaints?

thanks

Are you talking about your own property or someone elses? Are you doing the flying or is it another group?

A property near Warnervale NSW springs to mind.

I'm just interested - theres no alterior motives.

rotorque thanks for the interest in my question. To answer yours: the property belongs to the helicopter pax. It's about 100 miles north from WVA.

As I understand it unless there's a built-up area (there isn't), you can put down wherever you want. If noise becomes an issue, then that's initally for local govt to resolve (if neighbours can't come to an agreement).

My angle... I'm enquiring on behalf of the chopper charterer.
